Every form hit becomes a row and a same-hour reply.
A form fill at 8:12 p.m. sits in the inbox until Monday. This file writes one Leads row and sends a short “we got this” email if they left an address.
Before: a form notification you see after the last job. After: the person is on the sheet and already has a plain-language reply.

Does not text the customer. Does not book a slot. Will not email a blank address, an opted-out row, or the same row twice inside two hours. The ack is not medical, legal, or tax advice. First email includes Reply UNSUBSCRIBE.
When someone requests a quote at 5:47 p.m., they get a text-or-email acknowledgment instead of a dead form. The sheet keeps unit type, issue, and callback window.
Website and Google Form leads land in one sheet with the job type already labeled. The first reply goes out before you park the van.
New-patient forms stop dying in the inbox. The front desk sees the row. The patient gets a calm confirmation that a person will call to place them on the chair calendar.
Consult forms get a private, high-touch acknowledgment. No bro-marketing. The sheet holds treatment interest and preferred times.
New-client and sick-visit forms create a row and a warm note that the clinic received them. Pet name and reason for visit stay in the sheet.
