n8n, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Gmail. OpenAI optional. Twilio optional (customer SMS only if you turn it on).
40–60 minutes. Calendar permissions and the Hours + Buffers list take most of it.
The calendar is source of truth. Nothing books over a block you marked busy. Status becomes booked only after a successful auto-create. Law defaults approve-before-create. Customer SMS needs A2P, STOP, opt-out, and 2-hour suppression. OpenAI can stay off — the template path still offers a link.

Consult slots only unless you explicitly open treatment types.
