n8n, Gmail, Google Sheets (Optouts + log), Twilio and/or WhatsApp for the channels you actually use.

Setup time

30–45 minutes. Test STOP on SMS before any sibling pack points at this router.

Limits — trust before ticket

Will not skip STOP or the 2-hour window. Will not write the marketing copy. Will not send if the channel is off. Customer SMS = A2P + STOP + HELP. This is not the review sequence or the chatbot.
