The job details you speak in the truck vanish. This file takes a Telegram voice note or an audio link, transcribes it, and writes a Tasks row.
Before: a voice memo you will write down later. After: a Tasks row and an owner text.

n8n, Telegram and/or audio webhook, Google Drive, Google Sheets, OpenAI Whisper + extract, Twilio for owner SMS. Notion / Airtable are swaps. Demo spine is Sheets.

Does not text the client. Does not flip lead status. Whisper is a paid OpenAI feature. If the Drive setup PDF cuts off mid-page, finish credentials from the JSON sticky and the shopping list in the file.
“Call Mrs. Hale about the capacitor” becomes a task before you unload the truck.
Site notes become tasks, not lost recordings.
Front-desk voice notes become callback tasks. No charting claims.
Floor notes become follow-up tasks.
Callback and refill mentions become tasks.
“Move Tony to Thursday” becomes a task.
Dictation to an internal task — not a filing.
Unit walk notes become repair or follow-up tasks.
